    • Understand patterns in your life that may be holding you back. Begin by identifying limiting beliefs, behaviors, or thought patterns and exploring how they impact your life.
  • Week 2: Renewing the Mind
    • Learn to replace lies with truths. This week focuses on recognizing untrue thoughts and intentionally replacing them with biblically rooted statements, encouraging a mindset shift.

With 29 years of experience in health and wellness, I am a 46 year old women, wife, and mom.

I’m a faith-based functional health coach specializing in helping busy, high-stress professionals 40+ rediscover balance and wellness from the inside out. With a holistic approach that addresses hormonal imbalances, stress reduction, and spiritual grounding, I help my clients overcome burnout, reclaim their energy, and connect to a deeper sense of purpose.

For those feeling pulled in every direction, I GET IT! I have been where you are...overwhelmed, unable to make the time for you and to connect with God and take care of you. 

I have overcome many traumas, chronic stress and I have learned how to feel God's peace in all of life's challenges without losing it on my loved ones. I'm here to guide you through personalized wellness strategies and mindset shifts that prioritize genuine health—physical, mental, and spiritual. 

I bring a wealth of experience in peer support and critical incident stress management. With certifications in both group and individual incident stress management, as well as basic peer support, I'm dedicated to providing a holistic approach to well-being.
